Robijnrood bier met schuim. Smaak is vrij bitter met iets van karamel, bittere chocolade, wat geroosterd brood en een beetje drop. Uitstekend bier.

300ml bottle. Opalescent, auburn colour with ruby shimmer, some tiny floaters and small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Nutty, slightly chocolately, minimally toasty, dark and caramel malty aroma, hints of dark caramel. Taste is slightly nutty, toasty, minimally chocolately, dark and caramel malty, low residual sweetness, mildly bitter hoppy counterpart, hints of milk chocolate, hazelnut. Watery texture, smooth, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, to fine, soft carbonation. Well balanced, not too sweet - nice.
