330ml bottle. Jet black colour with small to average, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. BA supported, roasty and chocolately, dark malty and caramel malty, slightly spicy and minimally woody aroma, notes of dark chocolate, some coffee, dark caramel, hints of chocolate cookies, a touch of cinnamon, Bourbon. Taste is roasty and slightly chocolately, dark malty, caramel malty, minimally fruity, spicy and woody, notes of dark chocolate, some coffee, dark caramel, hints of chocolate cookies, tangerine, cinnamon, a minimally oaky touch, some Bourbon; well hidden alcohol. Oily to viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Round, balanced, homogeneous - nice sipper.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Opaque black. Bourbon, vanilla, wood, chocolate, fudge, sweet, malt, caramel, full-bodied. Really good.

Tap, Lajbah. Pitch black, beige coffee cream coloured head, medium sized, ok lasting. Nice dessert nose, biscuits and chocolate, chocolate sponge, some caramel notes, lots of cream, some spices, a bit of soy sauce, slightly woody. Slightly alcohol nose. Medium chocolate sweetness, cocoa. Mild bitterness, slight blackcurrant feel to it with soury fruity kick. Slightly warming. A bit woody finish. Silky and moderately full.
