Our Traditional Dry cider is made in the style of English draft ciders. This cider is bittersweet and slightly spicy with a bright apple aroma. The dryness makes you pucker and look forward to another sip.

Draught at Billy Miner Ale House, Maple Ridge
Blond colour. Quite sweet, which is a pleasant surprise in America, with juicy apples aroma and flavour, not very complex but enjoyable. Is this the wrong thing they poured? It was supposed to be dry.

12oz bottle. Poured a clear golden color with a small fizzy white head. Quickly dissipating. Aroma is pleasant apple cider notes. Not super sweet smelling. Flavor is okay - sweet, slightly dry finish to this one. Decent in the cider category.

12 oz. bottle. Clear piss color without any head. Aroma is fresh cut apples and old home brewer’s yeast after it sat in the slap pack to long. Apple juice, bready malt, weak yeast. The finish really isn’t as dry as it would lead you to believe. Not bad put the nose with the yeast is a bit off putting.

This was poured into a pint glass and a wine glass.
The appearance was the same in both glasses: glossy yellow color with a decent transparency about it to allow bubbly carbonation to be seen rising pretty fast.
The smell had some sweet apples with a decent crisp dried pears in the background.
The taste was mainly the same.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a mediocre sessionability as this had a harsh vinous quality about making it hard to put down the ol gullet.
Overall, another strike out. I don’t think I could return to this.

Bottle: Golden, good clarity and topped with an inch of white head. Good apple notes in the nose and taste, carbonated well. Refreshing.
