Keg at Brewdog Soho, London. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, mango, peach, tropical fruit on the nose. Tastes similar, hoppy, mango, peach, tropical fruit, slightly creamy, sweet and juicy. This went down very easily indeed.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Airy soft palate that has a drier crisp trailing edge. Soft malts, nice light creamy sweetness. Smooth vanilla. Hops bring good orange, quite fresh and a clear orange milkshake vibe where it intersects with the vanilla. Touch of soft mango and soft pine. Creamy and quite luxuriant finish. A definite case of Ice Cream DIPA Dr Watson. Don't bother asking Ratebeer about that substyle though, they haven't a feckin clue.

Keg at brewdog Lothian road. Pours hazy yellow, nose is melon, citrus, taste is juicy fruit, sweet.

Can. Brewdog, Sheffield. Packaged five weeks ago. 7 quid a pop. Can’t knock that? Pours a hazed, dark straw colour. Fair few lumps of trub plopped out, but that’s my fault I guess. Thin and messy, lasting white head. Nose has citrus sorbet. Vanilla. Creamy malts. Peach and mandarin. No oats! Take note, UK brewers, it can be done. Taste is nicely balanced, creamy sweetness and juicy and ripe citrus bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Light, juicy bitterness to finish. Great beer.
