Gold, hazy, no head though. Vague nose at best offers bubblegum. Sticky, plasticy, neither hop nor yeast shows through. Look, there’s a thousand New World breweries that have utterly botched tripel, so not picking on Faculty, but fuck. Dry beer this strong, with sick complexity that doesn’t come from brett or barrel? This is a very technical beer style. Faculty has made strides of late but they aren’t ready for tripel.
