Can from HoTM. It pours clear copper - amber with a fluffy white head. The aroma is oily, sappy, resinous, wood, floral, orange marmalade, mango, splash of Irn Bru and caramel. The taste is dry, pleasing bitterness, sappy, oily, resinous, dry pine, touch of toffee/caramel, peppery spice, floral, touch of fragrant black tea, dull marmalade and a twist of citrus. Finish dry/ bitter and sappy with a boozey slap. Totally old school, but I enjoy that. Good buzz.

Smell-weak to medium strength, hops, malt, some fruits, a bit acidic too, bit tingling even. Foam- thin, some malt, some hops, some fruits, and weak sweetness. Head is medium to small, white color. It seems to stick to sides. Appearance- simple can. Clear orange-amber color, no carbonation at sides some in middle. From- snifter Taste - fruits, malt, some hops, some caramel, bit more hops and bitterness, but all very well muffled together. The aftertaste is weak hops and malt, faint citrus but all is very calm and neutral.

Pours a clear, dark copper, with mid-sized head. Aroma is full of floral and hoppy elements. Flavor is bitter, with grass, pine/spruce hops, a touch of malt sweetness. Very resinous. Good, straightforward IPA.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, best before 4/13/2019. Pours fairly crystal clear deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, caramel, toasted biscuit, light nuttiness, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and dark/bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, caramel, toasted biscuit, light nuttiness, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, woody, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, caramel, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and dark/bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance; and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.2%. Overall this is an excellent American pale ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not aggressive. Feels like Centennial, Amarillo, Goldings. Awesome balance of juicy, dank, and earthy hop complexity; with a nice sized bready malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. Really great classic hop profile.

Drucken på fat på Malmö Brewings taproom. En UK-APA med fin karamellig kropp och blommig och lite kryddigt kådig Goldinghumle. Trevlig.

On tap at Small Bar, San Diego. A bit hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, floral hops, light malt and some caramel. Similar taste. The body was medium as was the bitterness.
