Golden session ale with light bitterness but a tasty burst of cascade hops makes this a great easy drinking pint!

Bottled 500ml ABM. Slightly hazy golden color, small steady white head. Apricot fruity, citrusy fresh American hops, same time kind of yeasty. Light bodied. Sweetish fruityness, some buttery notes. Short watery aftertaste.

Cask at The Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a hazy amber, although I’m told my pint was towards the end of the barrel and its normally clearer! There is a thin white head with bags of broken lace. The aroma is big malt leading to a medium to weak bitter flavour with lots of malt and a slightly fruity, smooth palate. A super drinkable session beer which went down very well indeed.
