Lattina. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, pane, cereali ed erbaceo.

0,4 l can from the Mix Markt in town. Clear darker golden in the glass, small white head. Sweet cardboardy cookies on the nose. Low dry thin grainy bitterness at he start, a lot of straw. Low citrus in the background. Below average carbonation. Thin stuff.

Cam from The Authentic Romanian Shop, Aberdeen. It pours clear yellow - amber with small white head. The aroma is sweet, cakey malts, rich tea biscuits, toasty grains, grass, straw, leafy and touch of icing sugar. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, fairly sweet and sugary, but also some decent bitterness which lingers, toasty grain, grassy, leafy, bit herbal and some paper towards the finale. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Absolutely ok when chilled right. I assume it's quite fresh as it has a decent bitterness to it.

Ein rumänisches Bier, das den deutschen Namen „Neumarkt“ trägt. Golden und glasklar ergießt es sich aus der schön gestalteten Dose. Süßlich (und leider auch minimal muffig) in der Nase. Von der Süße (und dem Muff) ist geschmacklich nicht mehr ganz so viel vorhanden. Hier bestimmen eher herbe Getreidenoten und floral, bitterer Hopfen. Das Getreide wirkt in manchen Momenten etwas leer und spelzig - aber nie so extrem wie man es von manchem amerikanischem Industriebier kennt. Kann man problemlos trinken, aber ganz großer Genuss kommt dabei nicht auf. Eines von sehr vielen, sehr, sehr ähnlichen Bieren aus einer der zahlreichen Brauereien rund um den Globus die inzwischen zu Heineken gehören - und sehr, sehr ähnlich zu dem was die Brauereien von AB InBev, Carlsberg, Molson Coors und Asahi so machen. Designed für einen internationalen Massengeschmack. Ich frag mich wie ein typisches, ursprüngliches rumänisches Bier mal geschmeckt hat. Habe ich in einem kleinen Mix Markt gekauft. Die Supermarktkette hat sich auf Produkte aus Osteuropa spezialisiert. Obwohl der Laden nicht groß war, wurde hier eine erstaunliche Auswahl an „exotischen“ Bieren geboten. Und preislich (für Importware) auch OK.

Flasche geschenkt bekommen. Klarer goldener Körper. Kaum Schaum. Aroma Süßlich, Malz. Geschmack: Getreide, leicht süßlich im Hintergrund.

1 l plastic bottle served in a La Trappe chalice. A golden to amber pour, filtered, with an almost non-existent off-white froth. Aroma is sweet malt and breakfast cereal. Dry, light, fizzy, quite bitter. Aftertaste brings some dirty towel, and that's a big no-no.

Can. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grains, herbs, rubbery and some mild bready tones. Flavour is bready, grainy, herbal and some mild hayish tones. Surprisingly drinkable, but totally forgettable.
