Draught @ Fairbar, [ ØJ-DAG ]. Norre Alle 66, 8000 Aarhus, Denmark.Murky medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light caramel, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, spicy (baking - cookie spices), fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grain, wheat, fruity, citrus, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131107]

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a creamy and lacing white head. Aroma is yeast first, then perfumy coriander. Light body - almost thin - quite fruity but also very yeasty and again spicy - the camomile. Inoffensive and harmless and indeed an untraditional choice for a Christmas beer. Actually, i think this would work an awful lot better in the summer time. 200114

Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, caramel, butterscotch, coriander and orange. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a butterscotch, orange and coriander finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Trade with Skinnyviking, 500ml bottle. Fair, white head that left spotty lacing down the glass. A wheat haze to a grey-yellow coloured body. Aroma of orange, tobacco and spices. Taste of coriander, lemon, and tobacco. Fresh and mild wheat fruity ending. Not great, but quite alright and relaxing on a hotel room in Copenhagen, 06.12.2013.
