Bottle. Pours golden with a big white head. Slightly sour, slightly spicy and flowery aroma. Taste has got notes of mild herbs, lychee, vanilla and a small metallic note. Drinkable but a bit edgeless.

Bottle at Yesprβs - thanks! It pours cloudy gold with a medium white head. The nose is doughy, light barnyard, flour, faint spice and buttered toast. The taste is crisp, lemon sherbet, candied peel, wood, hay, straw and light yeasty spice. Light-medium body, moderate prickly carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Smooth, balanced and rather drinkable.

Draught at Whetstone Station, 2/8/14
Pale straw body, high clarity with a medium-sized white head with moderate retention and plentiful carbonation.
Soft esters and clean, fruity hops in the nose. A touch of minerals and a dry, straw-like maltiness. Medium strength, clean.
Dry, balanced flavor mixes well between a light honey-like maltiness and some dry fruit-skin esters (pear, cherry, apple). Light hop spiciness clears the palate on the end while the peppery carbonation brushes away any trace of malt and prepares for the next, highly drinkable sip. Extremely clean with a soft texture and true enough Belgian yeast profile. Certainly accomplishes what it intends to do and seems quite representative of the style.
