Bottle 750ml.Clear light medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, wheat, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, grain, pale malt, spicy hint. No much going on ! Body is medium to light, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131122]

Golden- yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, citrus. Flavour is dry, malt, yeast, citrus, grass, spices. Nice beer.

Bottle from batch 003. Pours with a clearish (first few pours) yellow hued body with a massive, rocky white head with good retention. Aromas are of musty bread, lots of yeast character, apple esters, pear, earthy/attic notes, mild black pepper phenols. Low hop character, but a spicy presence overall. Flavors are dry, lightly tannic, mild malt. Slightly odd mineral character, watery, medium-low bitterness, herbal. Clean. Easy to drink. Lively carbonation, thin body, mild acidity, mild dms. Inoffensive.

It’s an unclear pale golden beer with a small, white head. The aroma is quite weak, with pale malts, citrus peel and a faint yeasty hint. Quite fruity flavor with citrus peel, pine cones, grass, pale malts and a peppery yeasty touch. Medium body, effervescent and dry. Pleasant bitterness in the end. Quite easy drinkable this one, tasteful and quenching, although a tad weak. 131122

Pours murky light yellow with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of flowers and fruit, with touches of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with spicy and citric notes. Sourish finish. OK.
