Bottle bought through Systembolaget. Pours very hazy orangish yellow with a rather big frothy and fizzy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of soapy trace and lacing on the glass. Smell is slightly sour and slightly funky with wheat crackers, lemon juice, yuzu juice, barnyard, leather, dry soil, hay, lemon zest, unripe banana and hints of sour milk. Taste is tiny sweet, slightly bitter and funky with wheat crackers, hay, pepper corns, dry soil, barnyard, leather, orange zest, banana bread, apple skins, cookie dough and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, slightly round, tiny astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter and funky with wheat crackers, hay, pepper corns, dry soil, leather, barnyard and orange zest. Ok…

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity, light to moderate yeasty, spicy. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long to average duration, peach, fruity, wheat, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130917]

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Murky deep golden, rich gushing head. Fruity nose with vanilla and banana. Sweetish with medium body and spritzy,, clean mouthfeel. Low bitterness.

Smak och doft av humle, citrus, vete, belgisk jäst (brett), örter. Mycket humle, fruktig, smakrik och enormt mycket skum. Trevlig beska som avrundar det hela. Gott.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge off white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, dusty hops, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, hops, lemons, alcohol, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Flaska från Skjold Burne Bramstræde, Helsingør. Kapsylen åker av med en smäll och skummet forsar ut i glaset. Väldigt grumlig, smutsig brungul färg, högt skum 11 EBC. Stalldoft, citrus, örter, belgisk jäst. Småbubblig i munnen. Relativt besk för stilen trots att flaskan anger blygsamma 25 IBU. Mycket kryddig belgisk jästkaraktär och så brett och rejäl humle på det skappar ett smakrik, men ändå välbalaserat och relativt lättdrucket öl. Citrussmakerna friskar upp fint. Riktigt trevlig.

Bottle from BarleyWine, Copenhagen - fuzzy golden pour with a puffy persistent white head. Mix of sweet wheat and doughy yeasts, slight barnyard fruits, apple/orange peel along with some citric hops. Grass, and straw, medium bitter/dry finish.

Bottle at Hopfen und Malt. Hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is spicy wheat. Flavour is yeast and wheat, spice and a hint of chocolate on a dry finish.
