Definitely not in style, this is not a NEIPA. Hoppy, but more like a pale ale. Disappointing but drinkable.

At prael den haag. Aroma of yeast, peach and caramel. Taste has orange, peach, caramel and a little cardboard. Allright.

Tap at Prael DH. Hazy golden/amber with white head. Sweet malts, caramel fudge, fruity notes of mango, peach. Bitter notes of earthiness, potato peels. Moderate sweet and stronger bitter. At de Prael Den Haag. Hazy light amber with big beige head. Light roasted corn, red berries, strawberry, dank hops, flowery, spruce, light passion fruit, raw green veggies, guava, light glue. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Some weird off notes here, not that great.

On tap at De Prael. Dark golden with a small white head. Mild with citrus, some caramel, light mango and some hops. The body was medium as was the bitterness.

Keg at Arendsnest. Pours hazy yellow, nose is grapefruit, orange, taste is sweet, orange, lemon.

On tap at Arendsnest Amsterdam. Very light apa. Grapefruit and lemon very light soap. Ok. Moderate stingy bitterness on the finish.

Tap at brewery pub. Pours amber. Aroma some hops, citrus, caramel. Flavor is mild sweet and bitter, some citrus, slight caramel. Watery body. Overall: kind of ok, but where’s the hops?!

Van de tap gedronken in het proeflokaal van De Prael in de houthavens. Mooi van kleur, geur en smaak. Wil ik wel vaker proeven.
