Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts intense malty, spicy, light grasy notes. Mild bitter background. Grasy-spicy finish with some sweetish hints. All in all well balanced. Nice one!

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild metallic notes as well as some herbs and mild strange floral notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some slight caramel, mild herbs, some floral notes as well some mild alcohol. Quite pleasantly balanced and very tasty, but nothing that "special Wintery".

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear gold, thin white head. Aromas of honey and metal. Taste is more of the same, honey, metal, cereal grains, light lemon at the back. Oily texture, clean finish.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig, würzig, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack malzig fruchtig, getreidig, leichte Bitterkeit.

Aroma is moderate malty, straw, pale malt, fruity, sweet malt, light earhty malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity, malt, light alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131229]

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light breadish. Bitter, toasted malty and breadish. Mild bitter and toasted malty. Mild metallic and toasted finish.
