January 2014: 500 ml bottle, Cardinal’s Christmas Beer Tasting 2013. ABV is 10.1%. Hazy brown colour, large beige head. Very strong sweetish aroma of caramel, brown sugar and coriander. Very sweet and malty flavour, loads of caramel, brown sugar, liquorice and spices. Overwhelming. Might be a good idea to cellar this one for a few years. Would buy again.

Bottle 500ml.Light unclear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, anis, light alcohol, moderate yeasty, spicy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, alcohol, soapy, spicy, yeasty, candy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20131123]

Re-rate. Shared bottle at DSJT at Cardinal 08.11.15. Orange amber. Beige head. Belgian yeast in aroma. Overripe tropical fruits and caramel in taste. Spices in aftertaste. 01.04.14: Brown in colour. Medium dry mouthfeel. Some caramel, dry fruits and hops. Hints of ginger. Well balanced and drinkable. [7/3/7/4/13=3,4]

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty wonderfull powerfull aroma.bmoderate bitter Spicy fruity flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Excellent Christmas brew.

Bottle @ Invasion U.S.A, Ulfborg 2013. Pours unclear golden with a small bubbly head. Caramel, bubblegum, pepper and spices. Fruity.. Full bodied with quite some alcohol sneaking up!
