Served in a ceramic bowl with berry & custard crepes. Frothing, once this dies down it’s got a tannish body. Fresh, sugary apple aroma. Very effervescent in the mouth. Flavour is semi-sweet apples with subtle wood and leather. Very soft body despite the carbo. Slightly tart finish shows a minor alcohol note.
