The floor malts give this beer a juicy malt character of considerable depth, 55% malted wheat gives it a surprising lightness on the palate, while our house ale yeast lends a gentle fruitiness. The Oxford Companion will impart knowledge, while The Companion imparts conviviality. Maybe you really can have it all?

4oz sample from tap at Rustico. Poured a translucent orange color with a small white head. Aroma was heavy alcohol notes, wheat notes, touch of fruity notes. Will not comment on the taste when it first arrived, boozy, but when I held off a bit, wheaty fruit notes came through in the body. The finish was pretty good, and did wonders to knock off the alcohol finish that otherwise would have made this a hard beer to drink much more of.
