A black beer with a collapsing brown head. The aroma is sweet roasted but quite light. The flavor is sweet and nicely roasted, but also with some sour hints.

Near black colour. Fairly malty aroma with slight tar and roast. Reasonably full body for style. Hints of tar and sweet malt. Very little roast or hop bitterness in the flavour profile. More chocolatey and dessert-like.
