Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, roasted, taste is quite sweet, chocolatey.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ The Danish Summer Gathering, TSODRBSG13 ].Clear dark brown colour with a large to huge, frothy - creamy, good lacing, fully to mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, tart fruit, leather, wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, leather, wood, roasted, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130831]

Bottled. Brownish black colour with a big foamy beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, mild toffee, raisins and quite strong toasted and nutty notes. Flavour is toasted malts, nuts, mild ashes, sweet maltiness as well as some liquorice. Gusher alert, otherwise this was rather pleasant.

Bottle at TSODRBSG 13. Black colour with a beige head. Aroma is sourness, coffee, roasted malt, hop. Flavour is sourness, coffee, roasted malt, hop. Carbonated.

Bottled 24.02.2013 - Gusher alert! Pours pitch black with a massive foamy head that just keeps on coming. Aroma of sweet grainy and roasty malts, hints of chocolate, licorice and syrup. Taste is sweet, carbonated and grainy with hints of roastiness, chocolate and rye. Finish is smooth, roasty and hoppy with hints of chocolate, rye and licorice. Okay, sweetish porter.

Sampled @ RB Danish Summer Gathering 2013 day 2, Ulfborg. Bottle. Dark brown color, dark red glare coming through, medium to full sized beige / tan head. Smell malts, roasted malts, iron. Taste malts, dark malts, lightly chocolate, lightly sweet. Average body, soft carbonation.

Bottle, 6.6%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and caramel. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, dusty, caramel, medium sweet, hop, little liquorice and a little bitter.
