Bottle. It’s a clear, dark golden to amber beer with a small, dense, off-white head. Honey, flowers, caramel and some notes of cooked vegetables. Some honey and flowers in the flavor, with caramel and cooked vegetables. Cellar notes too. Medium body, quite sweet on the palate. Honey, cellar and caramel in the finish. Quite yeasty too. Not very interesting or pleasant this one. 131123

Bottle @ Invasion U.S.A, Ulfborg 2013. Pours hazy golden with a off white head. Spices and phenols. Butter also. How I remember the brewery.

Ulfborg weekend celebration of nothing in particular. Hazy golden with a small white head. Malty aroma with dusty, yeasty notes. Extremely sweet, sugary malt flavour with grain and a dusty cellar.

Bottle, 5.2%. Slightly hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, honey and caramel. Flavour is malt, caramel, honey, sweet, toasted and fruit.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fairly balanced honey, malt, grass and hops.

Bottle, 5,L%? Fruity and chalky aroma, slightly spicy. Cloudy amber colour. Big stable creamy off-white head. The flavour is rather sugary with an OK bitterness, but not enough to balance the sweetness. Flowery aroma hop. The late bitterness is quite rough, but still not enough to balance the sugar.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy light amber with airy but stable white head. Sweetish aroma of raw malt with notes of honey and yeast. Sweetish, grainy flavour with notes of honey, a good deal of yeast and reguæar notes of raw malt. Rough finish. Very well balanced. One of the few honey brews I can be tempted to drink, actually.
