Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, oat, malt, dusty. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sugary, oat, thin. Medium beige head. Brown body with lots of particles, and some carbonation. Fruity mealy grainy aroma with roasted sugar and wood notes. Sweetish roasted sugar and grain taste with mealy fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish dried fruit and grain aftertaste with earthy nutty notes. Nice, balanced, quite subtle. A bit rough, perhaps, but still nice. (0.5l bottle, from Toft Vin, Copenhagen.)
