Pours reddish purple, with a small pink head. Aroma is random berries, with some lemon juice, and lactic notes. Mouth feel is ok, carb is good. Medium tart finish, nothing special really, just a run of the mill tart berry ale, not sour.

This sour poured a roses amber colour with a creamy, light rose coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include raspberry, strawberry cream and a little hay. First swig was a little thin and a bit of a punch at first. Flavours of strawberry jam and mild hops most prominent, even though strawberries aren’t in the forrest! Finish is fruity with those jam flavours lingering.
