Barrel Aged Apricot and Peach Saison. 2nd Birthday Beer Release! We took Summer of '86, our peach and apricot saison and matured it in Pinot Gris / Riesling blend barrels for 5 months. Over the 5 months the has developed notes of oak, peach and citrus with hints of apricot and grape.
