CBHWS2025. Pitch black colour, not much head to speak of. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, some roasted tones with mild nutty and alcohol tones to it as well. Flavour is coffee, some roasted malts, mild nutty and alcohol tones with some chocolaty and mild syrupy sweetness. Long toasted coffeeish and nutty aftertaste with some mild syrupy sweetness too. Good dessert beer/sipper.

Draught at Lauter, no head, opaque black colour, aroma of light coffee, hay and roastiness, flavor of bittersweet chocolate, molasses and some coffee, quite sweet but mellow with a touch of bitterness balancing. Nice and highly enjoyable.
