SOFT SUNS is a New England IPA hopped with El Dorado, Idaho 7, Citra, and Simcoe. For this IPA we add 5kg of Citra into the fermentation vessel before pitching the yeast to utilise Citra’s high oil content. The yeast plays with these oils to bring out more citrus and tropical top notes in a process know as biotransformation.
This beer’s balanced with a gentle booze, soft body, and light carbonation. First time Archie’s been on the brew deck for a while and all!

Can from Eltham Wines. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Very nice aromas of peach,sweet citrus, pineapple, dessert pear,nectarine, mango. Taste is peach, orange Starburst, mango, apricot jam, lick of pink grapefruit. Zesty citrusy mouthfeel. Prolonged bitterness in the close.
