33cl bottle @ home. Pale yellow color, small white head. Smell malts, lightly grains. Taste malts, lightly grains, not much more. Boring.

33cl bottle.

6/I/2012 - 33cl bottle @ home - BB: 9/13 (2012-15)
Little cloudy pale yellow beer, small white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty flowery, herbal, grassy, touch of ripe to overripe fruits, roses, bit of brewery (spilled beer). MF: good carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very fruity, touches of pineapple, passion fruit, bit of white grapes, lychee, then bitter hops kicking in. Aftertaste: citrus, a bit soapy, dry finish, bitter and a little sour. Pretty good.

Fluffy, just yellowish head, slightly irregular, fast gone over hazy yellow-golden beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Citrus & spices, smelling very fresh, fruity-floral. Slight overdose of the spices or esters in the mouth. A wheat-like acidity present, citrusflavours. Very lively, near agressive carbonation. Medium bodied at best. Overcarbonated for sure; rest is pretty much OK, but what was the idea? Strong wit?
