Our fresh take on a dark ale, brewed with US hops including Columbus, Centennial, Mosaic and Citra© and US style yeast. By using de-husked dark malt this lovely dark beer feels much lighter than you’d expect with crisp fresh hoppy notes to boot!

Cask @ Salopian. Pours a misty deep brown, small pale cream head. Aroma of nutty malts. Taste bears some nice dark malts, with some nutty chocolate notes accompanying a soft sweetness. Surprised to see it classed as a Black IPA as the hops mentioned above seem somewhat absent. But it’s a nice Welsh dark ale all the same.
