(Draught at Söernes Ölbar, Copenhagen, 10 July 2013) Pitch black colour with brief, brown head. Roasted, malty nose with loads of freshly ground coffee, notes of chocolate and roasted malt. Malty, roasted taste with espresso, freshly ground coffee, dark bread, roasted grain and a solid coffee bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a thick, almost oily, texture. A slight sweetness coming through. Quite an impressive stout with massive amounts of coffee. Lovely beer!
