Pours hazy amber into a Sam glass. Off-white conglomerate head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface leaving spider lacing. Sweet bready caramel and resin aromas. Bitter resin with hint of sweet caramel from front to back. Lasting grapefruit finish.

This IPA poured a clear amber colour with a nice, white, creamy head. To the nose there are scents of malt, ripened fruit, specifically apples and hay. First sip had medium carbonation and a explosions of bitter hopps immediatly. Flavours of tea, hopps and flowers most prodominant. Finish is ultra bitter with flavours of hopps lingering forever.

12oz bottle. Slightly hazy orange-tan with a steady beige head. Pungent, resinous hop aroma, sweet orange-pine tones. Creamy mouthfeel, relatively moderate carbonation. Rather big and brutal for 8%, there is a big oily hop resin feel, some burnt pine tastes. A little too alcohol forward, still a pretty decent effort.

Bottle. Poured dark orange with thin fast dissipating head. Light lacing. Aroma is citrus and floral. Full flavour, with orange and naartjie notes. Finish is very hoppy, but not overwhelming.

Thickish orange yellow pour with visible CO2. Cloyingly sweet overripe hops flower fragrance. Thick double indian pale ale blast. Two yoke oxen dredging across my tongue and around the rooftop. Some CO2 on palate. Perfectly on style, but heh, Iβm no expert on DIPA. Long rude nasty soap dish soaked green graperfruit rinds, wew. On style, so if you have a beef; simply subtract my score from 5 to get yours.

Bottle. Pours a reddish amber with a thin head and aromas of grain dust and herbal/medicinal hops. Flavor is thick and chewy with malt and grain dust. The hops presence is disappointing. A little of that sterile hospital astringency is about all there is to pull against the malty sludge.

12 oz. bottle, pours dark orange amber with a medium beige head. Aroma of piney hops, orange rind, grapefruit and caramel. Flavour is more muted than the aroma suggests - with caramel malts and citrus hops upfront, with a piney palate, and a dry, slightly bitter finish. Pretty good, but underwhelming for an IIPA.

Bottle from the Co-op in Davis, CA. Pours dark copper with a foamy 3 finger yellowish/beige head that clings a lot.. Thereβs a lot of citrus in the aroma. Full bodied with foamy carbonation. The hop flavor is really bitter, but thereβs a lot of malt to balance. Citrus and roasted malt. Well paired. Really good stuff.
