Do you love ginger? Then this is the perfect beer for you. Our Ginger Brew is a typical American pale ale, to which we add fresh ginger directly in the fermentation tank. The result is an amazingly fresh ginger beer with tons of taste. In Ginger Brew we use Citra hops, that also lends the beer an appealing touch of citrus. That makes Ginger Brew a fresh summer beer, with a warm, complex and aromatic taste of ginger and citrus. The same notes are reflected in the aroma, thereby creating a wonderful harmony in both nose and mouth.

Thx to Dorain for this bottle! Clear, golden-amber color and a white head. Sweet ginger nose, malty, spicy. Crisp and refreshing, less sweet then expected. Herbal-spicy with a bitter-hoppy finish.

Aus der Flasche im 2020-07 getrunken. Dieses gold, trübe Ale hat ein deutliches (Schweppes) Ginger Ale Aroma. Am Gaumen ist es ähnlich nur das noch eine leichte Hopfennote dazu kommt. Ein schönes, unkompliziertes Ale für ein Sommerabend!

Bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Aromas of ginger, lemon, citrus. Taste is pretty spicy, ginger, lemon, citrus. Pretty decent ginger "beer".

Bottle. A hazy, golden beer with a small, white head. The aroma is filled with ginger, lots of lemon showing up. Not much regular beer aromas or flavor. The flavor too is gingery and lemony and lacking big time on beer. Medium body and a nice carbonation. Rather sweetish. Lasting finish. Why on earth can’t someone brew a ginger beer with some balance? This is way too much. 150524

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of ginger and soap. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long ginger finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft. I really don’t like ginger in general and especially not in beer..

bottle from føtex. cloudy yellow, smooth large offwhite head. aroma is stingy whiff of ginger, also malts and flowers. Flavor is quite solid ginger flavor, malts and flowery hops. palate is soft even though the ginger is herbal and stingy.
