The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, clean, bright, lemon, lime, pomelo, fragrant, floral, elderflower, gooseberry, sherbet, cracker, toasty grains, biscuit and grass with a drying finish. Light body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Plenty going on for a lowe abv offering. Great balance and crushability.
