English Pale malts coupled with Challenger and Goldings hops provide the bitterness and aroma. The result is a highly distinctive light, golden ale, with caramel aromas, a pleasing toffee apple flavour and a late bitterness.

Bottle. Golden color similar to a regular lager. Slight head with some lace. Aroma is average with some skunk. Flavor is like a cheap America lager.

500ml bottle.
dark orange pour, large fulffy white head. Aroma is slightly bready, with some grasy, and grainy notes. Not much hops going on here. The hopes come through in the finish with a nice bitternesss, but this is a more malt oriented beer. But all in all, not that interesting.

Bottle from St. Peter's Brewery Shop, South Elmham. Clear amber with a glow and a very thin head. Traditional styled hoppy brew with plenty of caramels in the mix, subduing its bitterness to a great extent.
