Nu går jag över till Beerpal när Ratebeer överger ölnördarna. Över 2200 dipor har jag betygsatt på ratebeer. Nu börjar vi om Burk efter dag i köplahamn med Peder Q. Här har vi mjuk rätt milda smaker av madeira och bourbon 🥃. Lätt eftersmak men god och medelsöt. Fin rackare men lite väl mild tänker jag. Välgjord lättdrucken. Stämmer alkoholhalten ? Ibland blir barely wine väldigt milda faktiskt .

Canned, 355 ml. Shared with kajser27, Max and MiroB. Brown with beige head. Lots of caramel, toffee, brown sugar, sweet, low carbonation. Bourbon and vanilla.

16oz can pours out amber topped with a sand head. Nose is nice sweet pitfruit some tobacco notes caramel and bourbon barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet malt combo pitfruit and bourbon barrel.

Can sample at a Yana's tasting at Max's place. Deep amber-brown. Vanilla, bourbon, cookies, caramel, some chocolate, quite sweet, a bit umami, boozy.

Can 2 years and 3 years next to each other. Color: Both copper, very thin beige head. Aroma: Sweet Bourbon, vanilla. 3 years aroma seems to be a little 'older', a little bit more complex and wood. Only recognizable compared next to each other I think. Taste: 2 years: Bourbon, boozy, vanilla overwhelming the Barley Wine. Notes of caramel, oak wood. Some subtle dark dried fruit notes. Medium to over medium sweet, moderate bitter, almond. 3 Years version is pretty much the same, a little bit more boozy and complexity, a little less dark fruit. But again: Only recognizable compared next to each other I think.

Burk från CW, 2021. Något mörkare rostbrun, beige krona. Doft och smak av kola, läder, knäck, granskott, massor av fat och fatkaraktär, örtigt och humligt, stor beska. Bra med kolsyra. Rått, stickigt, mycket fat.

16oz can at a share. Another doozy. Mahogany pour, hazy, little to no head. Aroma comes in malty, very strong and quite boozy, With woody notes and some tannins. Taste is sweet and malty, creamy, hefty. Tobacco and dark pit fruit notes, raisins, woody.
