Vi har udviklet en Hvedeøl på 5,2%. Øllen er overgæret med en flot gylden farve, hvor der lægger sig massiv hvidt skum på toppen. Fordi grundstenen er hvede, har øllen en meget frugtig aroma og en smag med toner af appelsin og citrus. For at tydeliggøre dette karakteristika har vi endda tilsat økologisk appelsinsaft, for virkelig at skabe et ekstraordinært produkt. Eftersmagen er frisk og sød med en god balance mellem malt og humle. Øllen er ufiltreret, hvilket kun gør den flottere. Overordnet en meget frisk og læskende hvedeøl.

Bottle 500ml.Hazy matt medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is light to light moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, paper. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity, wheat. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20130917]

Medium white head. Slightly hazy amber body with light carbonation. Earthy oily wheaty aroma with herbal notes. Dry-sweet oily earthy fruity taste with mealy papery notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish oily ash-like wheaty aftertaste with earthy herbal notes. Boring, flat and slightly abrasive. Did not enjoy. (0.5l bottle, from Toft Vin, Copenhagen.)

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw, wheat, wet hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, lemons, and straw, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.
