Bottle at the chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013 - London. Pours perfectly clear yellow with a creamy, white cap. Tasty enough, with simple cereal character predominating. Light in body with fine carbonation. Finishes with paper, dried cereal, minimal bitterness. OK.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ (chriso Pre-GBBF Shindig) by chriso - London ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, moderate herbs, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, vegetables, herbs. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130810]

ChrisO’s Pre GBBF ’Are You Scottish?’ tasting. Light haze on this pale gold beer. Little white head. Light and semi dry palate. Dry papery pale malt. Little citrus in the tired dried fruits. Dry finish.
