"Road to Vallonia Etichetta Verde ammicca al Belgio che parla francese, famoso per la secchezza del corpo, i profumi speziati del lievito e le note erbacee del luppolo. Moderno ma non troppo, che si è fatto strada una volta note le dinamiche della fermentazione.
Si presenta di un bel dorato sormontata da una schiuma abbondante e pannosa, al naso note speziate tipiche del ceppo di lievito che si ritrovano anche in bocca insieme agli aromi erbacei del luppolo e ad un amaro moderato. La chiusura è secchissima come richiede lo stile."

On tap at Picobrew Station. Hazy orange with white head. Malty, spicy, tad sweet. Clean. Medium carbonation and body. Original review text: Bottle, 330 ml, courtesy of the brewer, shared with Miro. We had it as a train beer straight from the bottle. Yeasty, fruity, moderate sourness, estery, lively carbonation. Medium bodied. Tasty.
