A light and fruity Saison brewed with the classic Saaz and Celeia hops in the kettle and dry hopped with new Czech variety Most.

Pours pale straw in colour beneath tight, white foam; blackcurrant and strawberry, orange and banana are all in the aroma mix along with a pinch of clovey-pepper spice to remind us we’re in the wonderful world of Saison here.

Full bodied and flavourful for an ABV of just 4%, with layered complexity and a beautifully soft mouthfeel giving the impression of a bigger beer. Tinned peaches, pineapple and grass come in waves, with a hint of spice and dry finish to keep everything crisply refreshing.

Can from Lupe Pintos. Hazy pale golden body with lots of tiny flecks beneath a thin white head that fades. No visible carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and white candy sticks. Flavour of lemon sweets and chalky malt. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. Crisp and nicely hoppy.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from Cork & Cask online. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold with a fluffy, white head. Lightly sweet with subdued brett funk, a little salt, semi-ripe lemon, melon, nips of grass and straw. Light bodied with active yet delicate carbonation - it's airy. Lightly drying finish, further funk, salty nips, understated citrus. Really nice, highly drinkable gear.

Can thanks to Phil. Appearance - cloudy yellow with a big foamy white head. Nose - gooseberry, tomato plant stalk and candied lemon. Something a touch spicy lurking. Taste - green apple, dry herb like tarragon. Light white pepper note. Palate - light bodied, with a light creamy note that is cleaned out by a long, dry finish which is both bitter and tangy. Overall - great stuff!
