Can, online from the source. Pours hazed orange golden with a white cap. Aroma: pale malts, light caramel, spruce. Taste: light sweet with heavy bitterness which dominates. Light caramel with plenty of pine & spruce on the finish. Medium body with soft carbonation.

Keg draught at the Queens Road Tap, Leicester. Dark golden and mostly clear with almost no head. Light metallic aroma with notes of spruce. Bittersweet taste with an intense bitterness overtaking the entire mouth in the long finish. The hop-fuelled bitterness at the end is glorious but it doesn't really have a lot more to offer.
