DØE. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and ginger. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 240513

100ml from the brewery’s exhibition stand at Ølfestival København 13. Chalk white, good lacing head. Golden body. Ginger touch to a malt dominated smell. Likewise, the taste brings ginger and bready malts. Notes of fruity hops to the ending. Refreshing without further excitements (Copenhagen, 24.05.2013).

DØE. Clear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, "ginger" and caramel. Flavour is malt, fruit, "ginger", caramel, little sweet, hop, spices and a little bitter.

Sample @ DØE. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, soap, malt and hops.

50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peqchy and light citrusy. Citrusy and light grassy. Bitter and crisp citrusy. Botter and dry hoppy into the finish.

Draught. Weak fruity aroma. Almost clear shiny golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is fruity with some hops. Rough bitterness.

Draft. A hazy dark golden beer with a beutiful beige head. The aroma has notes of ginger and brewmash. The flavor is sweet with notes of ginger, herbs, hay, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Tap @ C4 Pale Ale Festival Odense, 2013. Pours clear dark golden with a small white head. Massive spices and bready malts. Ginger and pine needles. One dimensional but not overdone. Okay.
