Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A clear reddy coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is sour, green apple, brown sugars, mellow earthy sour, prickly,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet watermelon, sour, tangy, earthy, watermloon. Tangy. Palate is tangy, mellow carbonation.

Nicely rounded, fairly acetic, some citric bite, low funk, sun-kissed pale wood. Tart finish. A little dried apple.

Bottle online from Rad Beer. Pours hazy dusty pink with a slim pinkish head. Aroma: light acetic, vinous, light smoke, hints of funk. Taste: light acetic, soft mellow vinous juicy grape, light funk, gentle tannins. Medium body with light carbonation. It's quite subtle compared to some of the other iterations but delicious all the same
