Keg at SixDN, Aberdeen. It pours clear pale gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, funky, bitter -sweet, brett, bright, light menthol vibes, bread, metallic, spent oranges, brioche and Irn Bru. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, earthy, musty, funky, brett, barnyard, gooseberry, white wine, spicy, earthy, hay, stone fruit and grass with a drying finish. Lighter end of medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Good fun.
