Bottle at Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2013. It pours hazy golden-amber with a small white head. The nose is earthy, stewed orange, sweet sponge cake, and peach. The taste is bitter, earth, straw, spice, underlying sweetness and some dull citrus with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. A bit sweet for my liking...

At Chriso pre GBBF Shindig 2013. It’s a slightly toffee beer. Some vague hop. Sweet. It’s ok

Bottle from brewdog.com. online. Hazy orange amber color with small off-white head. Fruity, malty aroma with floral hops. Taste, starts malty with caramel, then continues with pines, orange zest, resin, peaches. Hoppy bitter finish. Not your usual IPA, but tasty. At least for me.

330ml bottle from Brewdog online. Hazy orange-brown amber colour, frothy white head and aroma is fruity & yeasty. Taste is malt caramel with resiny, earthy, woody, pine notes and a lingering bitterness. Soapy mouth feel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, warming dry bitter finish. OK.

Bottle. Hazy amber with a large off-white head. Aroma of marmalade, peach, boiled sweets, bread. Medium bodied, creamy texture. Peaches and yeasty bread mingle with kumquats/ Seville oranges, and grapefruit; quite strong bitterness gradually emerges from the citrus flavours. Interesting beer - very English hops and lots of them, yeast maybe a bit prominent. I suppose this is ’the Belgian IPA goes to England’.

330 ml bottle, probably from Voldby Købmandsgård, Denmark, or possibly CITTI-Markt, Flensburg. ABV is 7.5%. Cloudy deep golden to amber colour, huge white head. Lovely aroma of fruity hops (mainly citrus, also various tropical fruits), also some herbal notes. The flavour has a more "coarse" character, dominated by yeast, resin and pinewood. Bitter finish.
