Poured up on tap at Craft 64 where it exhibits a hazed copper body that supports a weak near white head. The modest aroma offers up a decent enough blend of citrus hops, a dash of pine hops, some oak notes and then booze into the end of the draw. Ok. I was going into this kind of expecting a boozy mess. Happily it creates a pretty nice blend of resiny pine like hop, spicy oak, a sliver of oaky vanilla and then some booze that must be the tequila. In there somewhere too are bitter grapefruit hops that add a pleasing addition to the experience. This is far better than I was expecting.
