Bottle shared in London - picked up in Athens. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a creamy, off-white head. The nose has so,e pale, lightly doughy malt, a bit of orange meringue, hay. Light sweet flavor with dry cereal, grain husk, citrus rind, light grassy bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced to finish with more dry bread, light grains, toasted hay. Pretty solid overall.

Bottle at home. The colour is golden straw and has an off-white, medium head. Aroma of hay, sweet corn, pale malt and hops. The flavour follows up with a decent touch of pale malt and hops. Has a slick mouth feel, and a light to medium bitterness. A surprisingly tasty and balanced pilsener.

33cl Bottle bought on Tinos, enjoyed on Syros. Clear deep golden colour, white head. Aroma of honey, malts and grassy hops, some light floral note. Flavour is sweet and floral first, honey, some hops, light grainy, firm grassy bitterness in the finish. Light-bodied. Good bitterness that doesn’t blend well with the other flavours imo. 735311 Re-rate: has this many many times now in Greece, it’s by far one of the best widely available beers you can get. Nice floral hoppy lager, some caramel, good bitterness. 738314
