Poured up on tap at the Gilbert W.o.B. where it exhibits a crystal clear light copper body that supports a thin white head. The aroma offers up pineapple, red apple, perfume counter floral notes and a bit of roasted malts. The taste begins with a bit of an odd mix of sweetened citrus, candied pineapple, ripe red apple and then resiny pine hops and roasted malts blended with bitter pineapple and grapefruit. It’s also floral and red apple like into the finish. I don’t know.
