Draft. A light yellow cider with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of apples and hints of wood. The flavor is sweet with a light acidic edge and strong notes of apples as well as light notes of wood.

Bottled. A light golden cider with a white head. The aroma has notes of apples and applecore. The flavor is sweet and dominated by apples, leading to a tart finish.

DØE, Tap. Clear very pale yellow with no head. Aroma is apples, fruit and a little tart. Flavour is apples, fruit, little sugar, little citric, little dry and a little sweet.

Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of sweet and sour green apples with a hint of vanilla. Taste is light to medium sweet and light sour with a dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. An almost clear one, pale golden in color and with a little white head. Lightly earthy nose, with apples dominating. Lightly acidic hints. Refreshing in the mouth, quite tart and medium bodied. Apples, some earthy hints, apple cores and a citrusy touch in the flavor. A straight forward refreshing and tasteful cider I’d like to have again. 120405
