Keg@CBC2013 Sligtly hazy amber color, small white head. Green apple, citrus and tart notes in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Whitewinesh, grapefruity flavor. Tartish finish.

Sampled at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Day 2, Session 2. Pours clear gold with a fine, creamy head. Tangy brett on the nose with notes of sweat, sugary malts and apples. Big sweet flavor, fairly boozy, with bread, caramel and restrained brett character. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Warming on the finish with sticky sugars, lightly tangy fruits and faint brett. Decent.

Draught @ CBC 2013 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, DenmarkUnclear medium yellow - amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sugary, leather, grass. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, brett, sweet malt, caramel, sugary malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130504]

CBC. Light haze on this amber beer. Little pale tan head. Light crisp palate. Minerally grapes and sweet white wine. Light dry airy finish. Really quite champagne like! Cracking!

Draught @ CBC2013. Pours hazy pale golden with a small white head that doesn’t leave much trace while dissipating. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, white bread, white grapes, brett and tropical fruit. Tast is tiny sweet, tiny sour, malty and funky with crackers, white bread, tropical fruits, lemon zest, dry soil, banana bread and white grapes. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, round, tart and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet, slightly sour and tiny bitter with crackers, dried tropical fruits, lemon grass, lemon peal and grape skins.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is orange fruity and mild bretty. Smooth fruity, peachy and grapefruity. Crisp hoppy and lingering fruity. Lingering bretty and fruity finish.
