We have sucked up the worlds supply of Galaxy, Mosaic and Azacca hops like an insatiable black hole and then pummelled them violently into this crazy big relative of our most famous beer. How much can it take? How saturated can a beer become? How dense is dense enough? Does a straw have one or two holes? Drinking Puttty will provide the answers and more.

Malts: Golden Promise, Extra Pale, Wheat Malt, Oats, Flaked Wheat, Dextrose
Hops: Azacca, Galaxy, Mosaic
Yeast: Verdant House Yeast

Rated 6.4.2023. Sweetish, grassy and grapefruity with some tropical notes, pine, citrus and dankish herbal hops. Full bodied and a bit heavy, slightly warming. Quite close to the regular Putty, but a bit heavier. 26.5.2023: Still quite heavy and intense hop and malt bomb. Has mellowed a bit though.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Murky orange body, off-white head. Orange-driven, dryish aroma with a lovely underlying herbal touch. Lean, dry taste, orange and herbal primarily, a bit oaty but remarkably light. Very well hidden alcohol, fresh, good stuff! The taste profile isn't as developed as I would've loved it to be, but this is hugely respect-worthy.

Can split, thanks Lucy. Pours murky orange with a fine cream cap. Moderate+ sweet with some grassy bitterness, very grassy, overripe tropical fruits, melon, orange peel, dank & sweaty. Full body with fine carbonation. Quite boozy and rather green.

Tap at Siren 10th Anniversary Party, 18th March 23. Pours a thick hazy soup of yellow orange. Aroma is green hops, citrus and tropical fruits. Taste is intense, citrus and pine, citrus and pith, no sign of the ABV, great level of bitterness to off set the sweetness - amazing that anyone would think that’s a negative. Great TIPA

Can from Kihoskh and drunk at home (16/03/2023) - Loads of overripe juicy papaya and mango, tangerine, hop spices and citrus rinds, fruity tang, dense and sweet sticky malty backbone, despite the high sweetness has some great bitter action into the warming solid hoppy piney close.

(Keg at Pikkulintu Kontula, 20230423) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grapefruit, tangerine, citrus fruits and sourness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grapefruit, tart fruits, spiciness, mango, citrus fruits, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had fruitiness, mango and bitterness. Delicious.
