Dos Burros zit boordevol tropische smaken, die onder andere voortkomen uit de gebruikte Mosaic hop. Ook de toevoeging van tamarinde fruit zorgt voor een uniek zomers biertje. Geheel volgens Mexicaanse stijl is Dos Burros gebrouwen met maïs en rijst, waardoor het bier extra licht en fris smaakt. Cheers to the summer!

From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Aroma is nicely fruity with sweetish tropical fruits, citrus, lightly weedy Mosaic hop, passion fruit, and a mild corn structure. Flavour is moderate bittersweet. Body is medium. Quite fruity, this 'Mexican Lager' works!

(Draught at Mikkeller at Morebeer, Amsterdam, 11 Aug 2023) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of bread, citrus, grapefruit, resin and pine needles. Malty, hoppy taste with bread, citrus, grapefruit, pine needles and a balanced citric/piney bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Crisp and clean, with a generous citric hop presence. Very nice.

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grassy and citrusy hops. Taste of citrusy hops, grassy hops, pale malt, easy to drink.

Pours a clear golden colour and a white head that quickly disappears. Aroma's: light vegetal and aromatic hops. Retronasal it's fruity, grainish, nice hops, a bit dank even. Flavour is light bitter and fruity. Light bodied. Firm carbonation. Finish is light moderate bitter and slightly dry. Not even too bad.

Hazy medium amber colour, good frothy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma pale malt, passion fruit, orange, citric hops, pine resin. Taste medium bitter and light sweet, malty, corn, lemon, grapefruit, peppery. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, bit short fruity bittersweet aftertaste, orange pith, pine notes, peppery, dont't taste the tamarind, very nice and refreshing because of its nicely balanced fruitiness.
