This beer has the exact ingredients as our British American style hybrid pale ale with all British malts. We add 1.5 times the ingredients to bring up the ABV and IBU's. Juicy malty body. Intense tropical, piney, aromatic hop character. Clean refreshing finish
OG: 16.5 Plato
Hops: Cryo-Mosiac, Cryo-Citra
Malts: Golden Promise, Caramalt
A ramped up full strength version of our House Pale ale. We used all the same ingredients, except increased the malt and hop bill by 50% to achieve fuller body, higher alcohol and very intense hop character!

Interesting mix of of hops and malts here. Amber pour and frothy head. Nose is grapefruit and leather booth of a diner. Tastes of grapefruit, pine, bread, caramel, and more faux leather. Medium bodied.

16oz can at the brewery. Pours clear dark golden with a medium sized off-white head, light lacing. Dank, grapefruit, pine resin. Very good
